On the afternoon of December 31, 2025, a GTI delegation conducted a series of company visits in Shenzhen’s Bao’an District, gaining firsthand insights into the region’s dynamic innovation ecosystem and advanced manufacturing capabilities. The itinerary featured two leading technology enterprises, each representing cutting-edge developments in their respective industries.

The first stop was Shenzhen Huion Trend Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳绘王趋势科技股份有限公司), a high-tech company founded in 2011 and recognized globally for its leadership in digital handwriting input technology. During the visit, the delegation explored Huion’s core technologies and product portfolio, which center on electromagnetic pen-input solutions designed for digital creativity. With products distributed in over 100 countries and regions—including North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia—Huion serves a global user base exceeding 10 million. The company’s achievements in innovation and manufacturing excellence have earned it multiple national-level honors, including recognition as a National Manufacturing Single Champion and a National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise. The visit provided valuable insights into how Huion combines technological innovation with global market expansion.
Following a brief transfer, the delegation visited Shenzhen PetSuper Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市宠上宠智能科技有限公司), a fast-growing company specializing in mid-to-high-end smart pet products. Founded in 2021 and located in Bao’an District, PetSuper operates under Jimao Investment and has rapidly established itself as a key player in the smart pet technology sector. The delegation toured the company’s office and gained a comprehensive overview of its integrated operations, spanning research and development, manufacturing, and sales.
PetSuper’s product lineup includes smart feeders, intelligent water fountains, automatic litter boxes, and deodorization devices, all designed with advanced features such as wireless charging, photo-oxygen sterilization, and app-based remote control. The company’s R&D team brings together engineers from Fortune 500 companies alongside pet behavior experts, ensuring both technical sophistication and user-centric design. With a daily production capacity exceeding 5,000 units and additional manufacturing capabilities in Dongguan, PetSuper also provides OEM and ODM services to a range of international brands. Its growing portfolio of intellectual property includes 32 patents, 179 trademarks, and 9 software copyrights, reflecting a strong commitment to innovation.
The afternoon visits highlighted Shenzhen’s role as a global hub for technology-driven manufacturing and product development. By engaging directly with companies at the forefront of digital input technology and smart consumer products, the GTI delegation deepened its understanding of how Chinese enterprises are leveraging innovation, scale, and integrated supply chains to compete in international markets.

The visit marked an important step in connecting our cohort students, Schwarzman College mentors, and leaders across China’s business and innovation ecosystem.
Looking ahead, we hope to build sustained partnerships with leading Chinese business associations and chambers of commerce, further strengthening the link between the global Schwarzman community and China’s broader business ecosystem.
